Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers
by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher
level of customer support on specific services.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide
support and information on Wash Plans, Memberships, and other services
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the
representatives knowledge, forwards to assigned specialist or other appropriate
staff
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and
concerns
• Maintains customers accounts and records of customer interactions with details
of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Implements and supports customer retention strategies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, services, or area of customer service
specialization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to function well in a high-pace work environment
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer Service experience required
• Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be
assigned preferred
