Description
Vantage Aviation at the Greenville Jet Center is a 7-day per week operation and is looking for team members who are excited to work in Aviation and can deliver world-class customer service to our clients.
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. This includes a variety of duties that are essential to the success of the fixed base operation (FBO). Our priority is unmatched customer service; however, our CSRs daily tasks involve computer usage, radio communications and a high level of focus in a busy and exciting setting.
We are looking to fill a Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Monday thru Friday with weekend shift(s), night shift(s), and Holiday shift(s) depending on availability and scheduling needs with the Department.
THIS POSITION WILL PRIMARILY WORK SECOND SHIFT (2PM - 10PM) Requirements
Duties/Expectations
- Greet and welcome everyone to the Greenville Jet Center, providing customers with professional service and assistance.
- Accurately receive, dispatch and process customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Work closely with pilots and team member to ensure all customer service needs are met and/or exceeded.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, services and the surrounding areas.
- Replenish supplies in adherence to the Vantage standard, including but not limited to complimentary beverages and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competent Multi-tasker
- Experience with telephone, computer, cash register, Point-of-Sale equipment.
- Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Ability to comprehend/perform basic math functions.
- 1+ year experience in hospitality or related field
Salary Description
20.00 Hr.
