We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative job in Greensboro, NC. This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. You would be joining a small team and would be supporting specific accounts. It is a B2B role focused on order entry. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized and analytical. Ideally we would like for this person to have Sage experience and/or hardware accessories experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with customer requests.
- Order entry in ERP System received by phone and email.
- Follow up on orders to make sure that they are pulled and shipped out.
- Assist with drop ship orders as needed.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP required, SAGE preferred
- Experience with hardware/power tools preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong customer service mentality
- Pleasant phone etiquette
- Team player
- Positive attitude
Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
