Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and solutions to internal and external customers
- Create order status reports for customers
- Become knowledgeable with the scheduling and production process to drive excellent customer service
- Maintain pricing in the ERP system
- Assist in customer paperwork requests and EDI enquiries
- Work with credit and accounting teams to solve billing discrepancies
- Create new customer accounts and maintain customer records
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system
- Monitor vendor order status to maintain adequate box plant inventory
- Review order acknowledgements to maintain order accuracy
- Work with Quality department to facilitate roll stock quality complaints with vendors
- Back up other supply chain team members as needed
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience with ERP software
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, database, spreadsheet, and word software.
- Willingness to work outside of regular working hours as needed.
- Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time
