Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and solutions to internal and external customers
  • Create order status reports for customers
  • Become knowledgeable with the scheduling and production process to drive excellent customer service
  • Maintain pricing in the ERP system
  • Assist in customer paperwork requests and EDI enquiries
  • Work with credit and accounting teams to solve billing discrepancies
  • Create new customer accounts and maintain customer records
  • Enter customer orders into the ERP system
  • Monitor vendor order status to maintain adequate box plant inventory
  • Review order acknowledgements to maintain order accuracy
  • Work with Quality department to facilitate roll stock quality complaints with vendors
  • Back up other supply chain team members as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on experience with ERP software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, database, spreadsheet, and word software.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular working hours as needed.
  • Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time
