Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? GSM Services is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Work hours are: (Hybrid Scheduling)

Monday & Tuesday Off

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Experience Required: 1+ year of customer service

Are you a people-person with a passion for delivering exceptional service? GSM Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice and helpful hand for our valued customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the friendly first point of contact-answer and direct incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings across all divisions
  • Greet and direct guests and team members
  • Provide information and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain security awareness and monitor visitor access
  • Handle general administrative tasks-prepare correspondence, sort mail, and more
  • Conduct 3-month happy calls and residential service confirmations

  • A professional, positive attitude and polished presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Initiative, reliability, and stress tolerance
  • High school level reading and writing abilities
