, IN-Office Position Rotating Shifts (
includes rotating weekends ):
Our Call Center is open 7 days a week, and our CSR team answers calls from 8 am to 8 pm every day.
Rotating shifts that included nights and weekends Pay: $15/hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives. Our CSRs averaged over $20/hour in 2024.
Customer Service Responsibilities: - Provide Customers with exceptional customer service on incoming calls.
- Wow Customers through exceptional service Outbound - to existing customers (no cold calling)
Customer Service Required Skills - High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING
