In this role, you'll interact with customers, which may include minors; access cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valued items, either with supervision or independently. Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and showcasing appropriate products and services.
- Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
- Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Select and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
- Stock shelves and create appealing displays.
- Conduct regular maintenance on store equipment.
- Handle delivery truck loading and unloading.
- Assist with customer deliveries when necessary.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and details.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Knowledge of paint and related products is a plus.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
