Customer Service Representative PrideStaff is seeking
Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a busy local client. The ideal candidate has experience working in a high-volume call center environment while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday; 8:00am -5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20 to $24/hr. depending on experience
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service while taking high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating service and offering upgraded services.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet daily goals.
- Cultivate enduring and robust connections with clients.
- Arrange timelines for support and shipments.
- Escalation of customer issues to proper departments and resourcefulness in order to find solutions.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications: - Must have at least two years of professional customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment or similar position.
- Ability to manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
