  • Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 10:30am-6:30pm (9:00am-5:00pm during training)
  • Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour PLUS commission
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Transfer callers to appropriate personnel / departments.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must have a great work ethic; be positive, punctual and able to multitask.
  • Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Portuguese
