We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of the top Healthcare companies in Northern Colorado. This position has tons of growth opportunity, is an excellent way to gain experience in the Healthcare industry and work within an excellent team environment.
Description

Will handle inbound and outbound calls
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Verify insurance participation, and being a welcoming voice for all patients calling
Answer any non-urgent questions,
Work with with doctors to maximize schedules
Qualifications
MUST HAVE

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience handling upwards of 50 calls daily
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional, polite, and empathetic demeanor
PREFERRED

Bilingual in English and Spanish
6+ months of healthcare experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
