What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing scheduling system for efficiency and satisfaction
- Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Creating and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on digital and social media platforms
- Informing clients about our services to ensure clarity
What we are looking for:
- Customer service/handyman scheduler/maintenance experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
