Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients through various communication channels.
Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and update client information and records accurately in the database.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and customer satisfaction.
Manage end-to-end online policy applications and issue electronic policy documents.
Educate clients on self-service options for policy management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital outreach strategies.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or insurance sales is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Ability to thrive and maintain high productivity in a fully remote environment.
Capacity to work effectively with team members, promoting a cooperative environment.
