Customer Support Representative

REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor

FLSA: Non-Exempt

HOURS: Full-time

Position Summary

AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our diverse team in our NEW state of the art facility. This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. There are no nights or weekends required. Come join our team where we always work together, grow together, win together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Basic trouble shooting
  • Entering service calls
  • Database entry
  • Follow up calls
  • Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years call center experience in phone queues
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Cooperation with others in team environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc )
  • Experience with technology-based support (Preferred)
  • Swimming pool industry knowledge (Preferred)
