HOURS: Full-time
Position Summary AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our diverse team in our NEW state of the art facility. This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. There are no nights or weekends required. Come join our team where we always work together, grow together, win together.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls
- Basic trouble shooting
- Entering service calls
- Database entry
- Follow up calls
- Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years call center experience in phone queues
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
- Cooperation with others in team environment
- Effective communicator
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc )
- Experience with technology-based support (Preferred)
- Swimming pool industry knowledge (Preferred)
