Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to: • Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding products or services
• Approve exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments as needed
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved customer issues
• Document all interactions accurately using internal systems
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: • 8-10 years of customer service-related experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail
