We are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support to our business clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a consistent work history. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role starts at $18 an hour and moves to $21 an hour. Quarterly bonuses are also possible based on company performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to B2B customer inquiries primarily via phone.
  • Find and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential customer issues.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a B2B customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Consistent work history with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable transportation to the Carillon area of Pinellas County.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00
