Job Details In search of Customer Service Representative in Medley area.
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Hours : 9am - 5:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm (should be open to either)
Duties:
- Answering customer service calls & emails in a timely & professional manner
- Responding to customer reviews & feedback
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints - having empathy & efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to multitask
- Flexibility & adaptability to change
- Prior experience in CSR is a plus, but not required
