Customer Service Representative

General Description of Position:

Apollo Safety is the region's leader in gas detection instrumentation and service. This position will include:

• Customer service, answering phones, support outside sales, general office duties.

• Must have the ability to work well with other team members, strong customer service tendencies.

• Knowledge and Experience of Safety and or Personal Protective equipment in customer service field helpful.

• Use of diplomacy and a professional personality at all times.

Entering proposals

Tracking orders

Accounts receivable entry

Accounts payable invoice entry

Filing

Organization

General office work

Microsoft Word and general computer knowledge required.

Excel, Publisher, & other productivity knowledge is a plus.

High School graduate or equivalency
