Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives for our client in Fairmont. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and customers, providing product/service information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Salary:
  • $18
Schedule:
  • Training: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • After training: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm with overtime and on call as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM/database system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
