Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service? We currently have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Exton, PA. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8hr Shift. Since 1975, Omega Flex has been manufacturing and supplying quality engineered flexible metal hose products that meet demanding industrial, commercial and residential applications.

About the Role: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

What You'll Do: Provide friendly and professional support via phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep detailed records of interactions and follow up as needed

Process all orders, credits, RMAs, and complaints. By utilizing Omega Flex methods and procedures of product workflow.

What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems a must
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Prior customer service experience is important

Work with manufacturing to relay customer needs and expectations and provide manufacturing feedback to customer.
