We have an immediate need for a
Customer Service Representative in Valley Green. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team and Product Line Managers. You'll handle quote and sample requests, track samples, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams. We're looking for candidates with experience in customer service, account management, or purchasing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities: - Process quote and sample requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Line Managers to manage sample and product availability inquiries
- Monitor order status and follow up on late or held orders
- Assist in collections and resolve billing disputes
- Support internal teams with sample requests and sales reporting
- Maintain customer data and assist with trade compliance verifications
