Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our insurance office in Elkins, WV. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. This position requires the candidate to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses within 60 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance regarding insurance products and services.

• Process insurance applications, renewals, and changes to policies accurately and efficiently.

• Educate clients about various insurance options and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Manage and update customer records in our database to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) within 30 days and Life & Health insurance licenses within 60 days of employment

Compensation: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
