APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Elkhart, IN looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their already amazing team. What your day will look like:
- Manage order entry for aftermarket products across multiple brands.
- Provide administrative support to both aftermarket customers and the team.
- Research credit documents promptly and communicate with customers regarding any updates.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers as needed.
- Gain knowledge of essential functions and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with shipping coordinators to address freight claims.
- Provide customers with timely ETAs and tracking numbers.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for sales or upper management.
- Work closely with the aftermarket sales team, offering support where needed.
- Ensure all shipments are processed, and all related paperwork is properly handled.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1 year of data entry experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
