Customer Service Representative

$29 per hour

Prime Easily Dental is a rapidly growing dental supply company and we are in search of a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing outstanding support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

-Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and general product inquiries.

- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and effectively resolve them in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
