In this role you will: - Manage customer interactions by accepting, resolving, or escalating calls while ensuring comprehensive documentation and follow-up processes.
- Address and resolve sales representatives' inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate necessary documentation within online reporting systems as needed.
- Utilize internal databases to access and research customer accounts and history.
- Communicate with customers by phone to provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions.
- Consistently follow up to ensure effective resolution of customers' issues.

Classification & Benefits The classification is Non-Exempt. Compensation will depend on your skills and experience. Compensation - Monthly call goal: 1400 calls = $600
- Appointment goals:
- 43 appointments = $1,450
- 33 appointments = $900
- 24 appointments = $450
- 50% commission from appointments made = approximately $300
Hourly Rate: $10.88
Work hours: 40 hours per week, 10 am - 6 pm
Estimated total earnings: between $2,950 and $3,950, depending on performance.
This position is in-office, not remote.
Other Benefits: Participate in monthly sales contests with bonuses of up to $500 on top of commissions and enjoy a fun team-oriented selling environment.
