What We're Looking For: Friendly, positive attitude, Strong communication skills, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)

Passion for animals and helping people

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Assisting clients with questions and concerns

Managing client records and processing payments

Ensuring a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all visitors
