Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Customer Service openings. These long term, on-site call center roles offer full time hours, 11a-8p Mon-Fri. Some OT on weekends may be required during peak times. Training will occur 8a-5p for about 3 weeks. Pay is $19.00/hr. There is a chance for perm hire.
Responsibilities:
- answer inbound calls regarding inquiries
- process orders
- verify purchases
- resolve issues
- support sales goals by upselling
- manage claims, chargebacks, loyalty programs, and compliance
Candidates for this role must have a high school diploma/GED; an associates degree is preferred. Customer service/call center experience is strongly preferred. The ability to upsell is helpful.
