Customer Service Representative Temp to Perm

Location: East Windsor, CT

Pay: Starting at $20/hour

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Schedule: Rotating Saturdays (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, as needed)

Overtime: Available as needed

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Windsor, CT. This role involves direct interaction with customers and supports the sales team through strong client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain direct and positive contact with customers to support business relationships
  • Respond to customer needs promptly and effectively, performing account management functions
  • Assist various departments across the company as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and improve internal processes and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and boost efficiency
  • Organize and file customer documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style in all interactions
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a role involving paperwork and client interaction
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and confident communication style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to work effectively in a team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
