Job Summary: Aculabs is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns effectively. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions with clients, attending meetings as needed, and investigating escalated issues from the customer support team.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients in various settings
- Investigate and resolve escalated concerns
- Document client interactions within our CRM system
- Travel to client locations as required
- Contribute to maintaining records of client contracts and other relevant documents
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Drivers License, Reliable Vehicle, Valid Auto Insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Education (Preferred)
