- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exemplary service.

Minimum Requirements: - At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
