Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our global manufacturing clients to sit at their Duluth, GA, facility. This individual will be processing inbound requests initiated via phone or electronically from internal and external customers for quotes, orders, returns, warranties, etc. They will be answering inquiries regarding order status, order expedites, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing. The Customer Service Representative will also be interacting with different teams (technology, production, sales, etc.) to solve problems and get information needed for specific inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be detail-oriented, and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily quota.

Skills and Requirements

- 2-5 years of professional customer service experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience interacting with different teams (e.g. sales, production, technology, etc.)

- SAP (or similar ERP) experience. - Bilingual in Spanish or French.

- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. null
