Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring that each person who shops with Bohme receives exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Answer customer questions about products, orders, returns, and store policies
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively with a positive attitude
- Process orders, exchanges, and returns according to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to assist customers accurately
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive customer experience aligned with the Bohme brand
Qualifications: - 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail or e-commerce platforms (a plus.)
- Passion for fashion and helping customers find what they love
