This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail clients to understand their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, which may involve minors, and handling cash and payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. To safeguard our business and customer safety, a review of criminal history will be conducted as part of the application process.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales goals regularly.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
  • Select products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Clean and maintain store equipment.
  • Assist with deliveries when required.
  • Ensure inventory is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and options.
  • Comply with inventory procedures.
  • Suggest improvements for sales opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
  • Availability to work various scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
