About the Role:

Join the Jose Chavez-Lindley Agency as a Customer Service Representative. You'll provide excellent service to our clients, assist with their insurance needs, and help grow the business through cross-sales opportunities. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in insurance.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and policy servicing

Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products

Collaborate with licensed agents to support sales goals

Earn commissions on any cross-sales you help generate

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license preferred, but willing to support candidates interested in getting licensed

Experience in customer service or insurance preferred

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $18 to $25/hour based on experience

Commissions on cross-sales of insurance products
