Customer Service Representative

Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
Develop and maintain sales territory by building brand equity, business development and advertising sales throughout the assigned territory.
Generate a strong understanding of MNIs products and media solutions
Cultivate and develop high-level client relationships on the client and agency sides and leverage a strong consultative approach for selling targeted marketing solutions.
