Customer Service Representative Job Summary: Polyplex is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Pay & Perks: - Salary: $40,000

Requirements: - High school or GED
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:- Order Fulfillment & Costing (arrange logistics and monitor carrier costing, warehouse costing, inventory reconciliation, consignment account reporting, verification of delivery, aging inventory, invoicing, PO's)
- Customer Relations (email communication to customers, monthly closing, order tracking, customer status reports, cross training)
- Customs & Compliance
