CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PART TIME 25 HOURS PER WEEK (9:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday)

We offer fresh produce, dairy products, frozen foods, canned goods, and a large variety of snacks and juices as well as janitorial and food service supplies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Receive incoming customer calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
Input all customer orders placed via phone, email, fax or online
Update customer information in database as needed
Process payments by credit card, check, or electronic check
Communicate with co-workers and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
Enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and dedicated
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Superior time management and organizational abilities
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage based on experience
Part-time employment (25 hours per week) (9:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday)
