We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, share product and service information, and resolve concerns with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate product and service details
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.)
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction
Qualifications:
  • Schedule: Must be available Tuesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Saturday is remote)
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
