8 month contract (full time hours)

Candidates will need to work all 5 days in the office for the first 2+ weeks to have them shadow others in the office before moving to a hybrid schedule.

$20/hr pay

SAP and B2B experience is highly preferred

Job Description:

• Communication and Relationship Management: Handle telephone calls, maintain customer relationships, and advocate for major retailers.

• Order Processing: Process and ship both electronic and manual orders for major retailers.

• Collaboration: Regularly correspond with Field Force, NYO personnel, Brand Ops, MSL, Manufacturing, I&C, PIM, and Physical Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate to ensure retailer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Customer Service.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.

• Work Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.
