Customer Support & Sales Specialist to provide top-tier service to our customers while driving sales and business growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with scheduling, inquiries, and service needs-all while promoting our cleaning services to maximize sales opportunities. Compensation & Benefits - Hourly Pay: $16 - $19 per hour (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Educate potential customers on Molly Maid services, providing tailored recommendations to meet their cleaning needs.
- Schedule estimates and cleaning appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Proactively follow up with prospective clients and past customers to increase bookings and meet sales goals.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and scheduling software to track leads, manage customer data, and process service requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and office organization.
Qualifications & RequirementsRequired: - Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
Preferred: - Bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
- Experience in phone-based customer service or inside sales.
- Previous experience in a home services, hospitality, or retail environment.
