We're looking for energetic and friendly Team Members to join our new Açaí Brasil USA - Cypress store. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to our company recipes and standards

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including food prep areas, counters, and dining areas

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled properly

• Assist with stocking ingredients, prepping fruits, and ensuring fresh inventory

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle transactions, and provide accurate change

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and speed

• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, positive, and productive workplace

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or retail is a plus (but not required.)
