Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, providing exceptional support and product knowledge. You will manage orders, resolve issues, and build strong relationships while working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.
This job will require 10-15% travel. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in-person
- Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, maintenance professionals, and distributors
- Process quotes, sales orders, and invoices using Microsoft D365
- Provide accurate information on product pricing, availability, shipping, and lead times
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, engineering, sales) to resolve order issues
- Follow up on backorders and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with marketing activities, trade shows, and customer-facing events
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft D365 a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A strong team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in or experience with general aviation or piston engine components is a plus
