Pay Rate: $18-19.16/hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Support Service Professional to join our team. Candidates should possess either a college degree or previous contact center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls related to Brokerage accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products, online platforms, and mobile applications.
- Respond to general account and financial inquiries while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Consistently meet department performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve client issues promptly.
- Adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR prior experience in a contact center/customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services or brokerage is a plus.
