We are a rapidly growing event marketing and fundraising firm, and we're looking for a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, event attendees, and donors. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring event success and client satisfaction, making a significant impact on our events and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate event information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Event Promotion: Actively promote upcoming fundraising events and marketing campaigns, engaging with attendees, participants, and supporters to boost event visibility.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met during both event planning and execution phases.
  • Data Management: Track donations, enter event data, and manage participant lists to maintain accurate event records.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from clients and event participants in a courteous, effective, and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with event coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution and high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and event participants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A positive, customer-first approach with a passion for helping others and supporting charitable causes.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
