Customer Service Representative

Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for direct-hire.

Trillium Staffing has a Customer Service opening with established company in Columbus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely information to customer order status and product knowledge requests

• Process customer orders

• Receive and enter phone and fax orders

• Edit orders for accurate price and shipping costs

• Print shipment documents

• Maintain customer database information

• Open new client accounts

• Send accurate pricing information to clients

• Process customer returns as needed

• Work closely with Sales Representatives, Drivers, Distribution, and Service Managers to resolve order issues

Salary is $26/hr. Great company benefits. This is an in-office position, and the work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience required

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

• Able to work in team environment
