Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members regarding their accounts and questions. You'll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve member service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document all interactions using the designated format in the company system.
- Take appropriate actions to address and resolve members' concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to members.
- Uphold service quality standards and ensure a positive member experience during each interaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance concepts is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computers and call center systems
