We are currently seeking several remote
Inbound Customer Service Representatives who are ready to make an impact and drive business while providing excellent customer service. We are offering a wide range of available shifts for available candidates.
Responsibilities - Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls to resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Communicate with our vendors via email and phone to resolve issues/questions.
- Communicate with our customer base via email and text message, if unable to reach them via phone call
- Coordinating the scheduling of our equipment rental returns with our customer base, along with our vendors, via incoming calls and email.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to provide outstanding support and solutions.
- Provide considerable knowledge of our equipment, pricing, and process to our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to all and the ability to listen effectively.
Requirements
- Computer skills are mandatory, experience with CRM preferred
- Highly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player.
- Highly organized, displays time management skills.
- Ability to retain and relay industry-specific knowledge.
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Ability to control emotions during potentially high-stress situations.
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism.
Benefits - Starting salary is $32,500
