Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, in Cleveland.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer orders and quotes; interfacing with customers, sales & marketing; and assisting with bid preparation and marketing & sales campaigns.
Ideal candidates will have 2 years prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization. HS/GED required with some education/training beyond HS helpful. Will consider a combination of education and experience. Candidates will also have strong verbal & written communication skills; be organized and self-directed; and have strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and business computer systems.
