Description Teasdale Fenton Restoration is a local, family-owned restoration company headquartered in the Greater Cincinnati area. For over 100 years, we have been serving clients in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southeast Indiana and the Columbus area. Through these years, we have developed a reputation for providing world-class service in area homes and businesses. Because of the success we have experienced in our service areas, Teasdale Fenton has experienced rapid growth. So much so, that we are in need of adding to our Customer Service department with a new full-time Customer Service Representative.
Requirements- Handle a high-volume of incoming calls from customers wanting to schedule carpet cleaning, water restoration, etc
- Provide a high level of customer service while navigating company specific software.
- Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the company to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
- Make outbound calls to customers from our own database for sales.
- General office duties, including but not limited to filing, faxing, assisting other team members as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High-level Data entry skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Answering a multi-line phone system.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
