Job Description:
Our client, is an independent, full-service, all-lines agency providing insurance, risk management, and business consulting services to clients nationwide, with a focus on the commercial insurance segment. They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work closely with two long-tenured account managers in servicing both existing and new commercial clients. The CSR will be responsible for supporting team members and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist account managers with servicing accounts.
  • Processing certificates of insurance and evidence of property.
  • Request additional insured and loss payee endorsements as needed.
  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
  • Request loss runs and pull experience MOD worksheets.
  • Processes claims and update the agency management system with claim numbers, adjuster information and correspondence.
  • Use the agency management system to document activities, manage suspense items, and ensure accurate policy and customer information.
  • Process basic bonds.
  • Issue auto ID cards.
  • Follow up with clients on non-payment notices.
  • Assist with collecting and following up on year-end audit information.
Requirements:
  • Prior commercial insurance experience
  • Active Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
  • Experience with AMS360 agency management system
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
