What you will do: - Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries with finesse and expertise
- Efficiently gather customer information, assess needs and provide comprehensive solutions
- Confidently promote our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations
- Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications: - A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
- Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction
- A knack for identifying customer needs
- Clear and effective verbal and writing communication skills
- Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
- A team-player mentality
Schedule: - In-Person
- Monday - Friday
Compensation: - $19-22 /hr based on experience

- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer service

- Clear background check and drug screen
