What you will do:

• Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries with finesse and expertise
• Efficiently gather customer information, assess needs and provide comprehensive solutions
• Confidently promote our products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Support our field personnel in their day-to-day operations
• Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
• Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction
• A knack for identifying customer needs
• Clear and effective verbal and writing communication skills
• Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
• A team-player mentality

Schedule:

• In-Person
• Monday - Friday

Compensation:

• $19-22 /hr based on experience

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits

• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
